Northern Football League

The Northern Knights Football Club, in co-operation with the Northern Football League (NFL) and the Yarra Junior Football League (YJFL) will be holding a 2009 ‘Tall Player’ Clinic.

TUESDAY 1st DECEMBER, 2009

5:30pm-7:30pm

If you are born between 1992 – 1995 and are over 190cm tall, then this program will benefit you with your Football Development.

The main objectives of the Clinic will be to identify and educate tall players within the Northern Region, focussing on key areas such as body contact, timing of jump, ruck and marking exercises as well as contested marking.
